Our attorneys have practiced in our area courts for over thirty years. Our practice includes principal attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and support staff. Choosing the right attorney involves many considerations. We provide service on an hourly basis, a flat fee basis, and in some cases on a contingency basis. Our more experienced attorneys generally command higher hourly rates. In addition, CCWV often uses paralegals and legal assistants to minimize client costs, when applicable.
