After completing a clerkship for the Honorable David T. Stitt of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, Mr. Caturano entered private practice in Northern Virginia in 2001. Mr. Caturano attended Creighton University receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science. Subsequently, Mr. Caturano attended Creighton University Law School graduating in 1999. Mr. Caturano was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1999. Mr. Caturano is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, the Prince William County Bar Association, the George Mason Inn of Court and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Caturano actively promotes the membership and attorney participation in the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, becoming a Williamsburg Society member in 2008. In addition, Mr. Caturano was selected by Virginia Business Magazine as "Legal Elite" in civil litigation and listed as a "Rising Star" in the Virginia Super Lawyers publication. Mr. Caturano has handled a variety of civil disputes ranging from wrongful death actions to workers compensation cases to domestic relations matters. Notably, in 2007, Mr. Caturano represented a client rendered a quadriplegic as the result of a collision with a trash truck in Fairfax County. The case settled weeks before trial in Fairfax County and is one of the largest settlements of its kind in Virginia.
