Robert M. Worster III is a 2005 cum laude graduate of the University of
Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. He
is licensed to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in the
Commonwealths of Virginia and Pennsylvania. He currently limits his practice to Family and Criminal Law.
Prior to joining
Colten Cummins Watson and Vincent P.C. Mr. Worster served as an Assistant
Commonwealth’s Attorney in Stafford County, Virginia.
Mr. Worster also served as a judicial law clerk to Fairfax County Circuit
Court Judge Randy I. Bellows.
While in law school, Mr. Worster was a published member of
the University of Richmond Law Review, co-winner of the Chief Justice
Carrico Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and editor of the law
school’s newspaper, Juris Publici.
Mr. Worster also interned with United States District Court Judge Henry
E. Hudson, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of
Virginia (Richmond Division), the Public Defender’s Office for the
Rappahannock Region, and Rappahannock Legal Services (legal aid).
Mr. Worster is a proud veteran of the United States
Marine Corps.
